Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your GET PILATES reformer. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition to be eligible for a return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• A restocking fee may apply for returns that do not meet our return conditions.

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@getpilates.store with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
